| Congress | A Congress of Delegates, convened regularly every three years is the Supreme ruling body of the Confederation. |
| Confederate Council | Confederation between two Congresses. It has an open structure and consists of authorized by name representatives of the federations, the unions and the national trade unions and of the Executive Council members. |
| Executive Council | A standing collective body which manages and organizes the overall activity of the Confederation in between the meetings of the Confederate Council. |
| Central Control and Auditing Committee | The supreme control body of the Confederation. It controls and audits in collaboration with the CAC the activity of the members of the Confederation. |
